    • This property was very unique and the land was the main value.  Their other agents focused on the home instead of the unrestricted land.  The property was a hidden gem that had to be exposed to be sold.

    • We met because I cold called them after their listing had expired with their prior agent.  When I ran the comparisons and told them what I could list it for ....They thought I was crazy.
    • I knew I could sell this property, but needed to figure out how to market it.  Every property has a story and a buyer.  Through a series of additional signage and FB ads, I was able to generate multiple offers and get the full list price.

    •  We got aerial views when we took professional photos.  Also since this property was a hidden gem so it has a visibility issue as it is in the end of driveway easement.  I purchased additional signage and placed on both on the entrance to the driveway and off the main road.  We ran a series of facebook ads.  We followed up with interested parties at least on a weekly basis.  We accompanied potential buyers.  
  • The Big Win 
    • Ending up with multiple offers on this property got us LIST price and after years of trying to sell.  We also got a lease back for 30 days to be able to move their 40 + years of stuff.  It was honored to be able to negotiate and get the Nabors the price and attention they deserved.  They are now my client for life!  They have recommended me to multiple family members that I am now working with.
