•  The Problem
    • The White family wanted a new home!
    • They owned a current home that they had tried to sell in the past and had owned for 20 years.  They had reservations about the process as they had never been successful in their past attempts.  I was able to help the navigate both selling and buying on their home.
  • The Connection 
    • We met because they saw a post I did on my Facebook page. They called me and I gave them a price range based on data and then went to their home.  Once at their home we discussed strategy and came up with a game plan.
    • Once they had decided to sell their home, I was able to refer them to a builder representative that I had worked with in the past to help them find their dream home.  
  • The Decision 
    • They chose to hire me because of my marketing plan and connections with new construction.  Also they did some research and looked at my past reviews.
  • The Journey 
    •  We priced their current property correctly and had multiple showings.  We received an offer and unfortunately during the option period the buyer backed out.  We put the home back on the market and within days the original buyer wrote an apology letter in which they wanted the home back under the original terms.  We were able to meet the original timeline.  Builder's lender which gave a large credit for closing had some issues we had to close at 7:30 pm at the builder's model.  Closing was done prior to a 3 day weekend allowing them to move in during their scheduled time off.
  • The Big Win 
    • Ending up with a dream home next to a green belt with instant equity newly constructed by a builder.  The White Family was able to put a great amount down on their new home as well as have money left over to buy new furniture.  They are now my client for life!  They have recommended me to multiple family members that I am now working with.
